Welcome!

I’m Iram

Your go-to girl for all things travel

3 things to know about me:

  1. I LOVE exploring new places
  2. My family and friends often ask me for travel tips and guidance and I almost ALWAYS have a list in my phone notes to share with them. That gave me the idea to create my own blog so I can help others too – now I document everything from my favourite places to eat and stay to detailed itineraries for countries around the world!
  3. I may have a small cat obsession…

Behind the blog

How it all started

I often get asked for holiday tips by my friends and family. Whether it’s where to go in Europe, what do to in Malta, the best food places in Copenhagen or even just location ideas for Autumn, I’m always creating and sending over lists full of tips and tricks I learnt whilst on holiday! So, I thought why not create a blog so I can share them with everyone?

I also really enjoy taking pictures (you may see a few of my favourites across the website and blogs) and footage which you can enjoy over on my social channels! It’s really just for fun but I love to hear what people think so do reach out and let me know!

FAQ

My absolute favourite destination so far is Japan. It was at the top of my travel bucket list for such a long time and I was lucky enough to get the chance to go this year. I also love Thailand, Copenhagen and one that I wasn’t expecting to love as much as I did (but it ended up being one of my all-time favourite trips) was Austria!

I’ve been sharing tips with friends and family for years but I only just took the leap and started blogging at the end of 2024.

Outside of blogging, I have built a career in Marketing, mainly working in Communications and Social Media and I also run my own Social accounts which has led me to work as a Marketing freelancer, helping small brands with their content and social media strategies. If you’re interested, you can find out more here.

I also enjoy photography and have built a portfolio of my work capturing hotels, food and destinations. You can check out my portfolio here.

If you’re a brand or a fellow traveller and would like to collab, let me know – particularly if our values align. My travels are heavily focused on exploring the outdoors, finding hidden gems and unique hotels. Get in touch with me here.
